Scotch Wins the Head of the RiverScotch scored an emphatic all the way win in the 2010 Head of the River, winning by about three quarters of a length from Melbourne Grammar with Geelong Grammar back in 3rd place. This is Scotch's 38th Head of the River win and the 6th in the last 7 years. Click here to see the results. Year 10's Win Under 17 Schoolboy VIII TitleScotch's Year 10A crew won a hard fought event to narrowly beat Hutchins School from Hobart and The Scots School from Sydney to win the Australian Under 17 Champion Schoolboy VIII title. Click here to see the results. 2nd VIII Wins Silver MedalThe 2nd VIII won a silver medal in the Champion Under 19 VIII losing by 0.16 sec to Hutchins in a titanic struggle. Click here to see the results. Scotch 4th in Schoolboy Fours FinalFour members of the 2nd VIII narrowly missed a bronze medal finishing 0.27 sec behind the 3rd place getter. Scotch Success Continues at NagambieScotch continued its good form with a convincing win by the 1st VIII at the Annual Scotch Mercantile Regatta at Nagambie on 27 February. Click here to see the 1st VIII results. 5 Old Scotch Collegians in Victorian CrewsCameron McKenzie-McHarg and Wil Lockwood have been selected in the Victorian King's Cup crew, Angus Tyers is in the Penrith Cup crew for lighweight fours and Simon Brown and Josh Booth are in the Under 21 VIII, co-coached by Tom Woodruff and Chris O'Brien. Double Gold at NSW TitlesThe 1st VIII won gold medals in both the NSW Champions Schoolboy VIII and Champion Under 21 VIII at the NSW State Championships at Penrith on Saturday 6 February.
